What is the IELTS exam?
IELTS or the International English Language Testing System is an English language Certification test conducted by British Council and IDP. IELTS test is widely popular for foreign education or immigration purpose to English speaking countries.
IELTS test has been accepted as sole evidence of English proficiency by over 9000 organizations in more than 135 countries for education, immigration, and professional purposes. This IELTS test has attained the heights of popularity and this increased competition has made it a hard task to crack this.

The first difference in IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training is represented in the no. of words you have to write, which is a minimum of 150 for Task 1 and 250 for Task 2.
CEFR Assessment Test
Task 1 is of 20 minutes, in which you have to write at least 150 words whereas the rest 40 minutes are for task 2 where your write up must have at least 250 words.

You will be castigated if your answer is too short or not related to the topic.

IELTS Writing Module Marking Scheme
The two of the Writing task are marked on the basis of 9- band scoring.
IELTS band score ranges between 0-9 (Non-user to expert). Candidate IELTS skills (listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) gets a band score in this range.
The criteria on which you will be evaluated are:

- Lexical Resource
- Grammatical Range and Accuracy.
