TOEIC Listening – Part 4
Introduction to TOEIC listening part 4
Part 4 of the TOEIC Listening covers 10 monologues of about ten sentences. Each monologue is followed by 3 questions, written orally and written on your exam booklet. This will only be stated once. For each question, 4 suggested answers are written in your booklet. You must choose the proposal that best answers the question and put it on your answer sheet. You are forbidden to write in the booklet. TOEIC listening part 4
New: Some questions will be about audio as well as an associated table or chart. TOEIC listening part 4
Part 4 TOEIC listening – Tips
- As with Part 3, start answering the questions during the recording (since the questions and answer choices are written). If you can answer these questions quickly, you will have time to read the questions in the following excerpt. This allows you to anticipate the key points that you need to focus on to fully understand the audio and respond appropriately to the questions. Thus, you will earn points! TOEIC listening part 4
- When the audio recording starts, be sure to memorize the essential elements (Who, What, Where, How, When, Why?)
- Do not neglect the vocabulary part during your preparation. This advice applies to all parties but it is good to remember. Indeed some subjects will tend to return. By becoming familiar with the vocabulary you get a head start and reduce the risk of stumbling on a term that could destabilize you.
